On-Site and At-Home Care:

Assisted Senior Program (ASP) |
| Provides caregiver respite and an opportunity for socialization and support outside the family setting for the frail elderly. Individualized programming and specially trained staff make this a popular and beneficial service. *** Click for more information>> |

Meals |
| Lunch is available Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at a minimal cost. Sunday Dinner Fellowship takes place on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month at 1:00 PM. Prior registration is requested. There is also a monthly birthday luncheon on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 11:45 AM. Prior reservations are requested. *** |

Friendly Visitor Program |
| Established to visit the homebound and nursing homebound individual. Please call Information and Referral to apply. |

Carrier Alert |
| This collaboration between the US Postal Service and LIFE Center will provide on a daily basis additional means for an enrolled participant living alone to be monitored and contacted in the event of a possible emergency. |
