Medicare Healthy Horizons Program |
| If you have Medicare and meet the criteria for Federal Poverty Guidelines, or, you are under 65 and have been receiving disability benefits, this card will pay all your medical bills that Medicare does not pay. This includes the cost of Medicare Part B benefits. See our Information and Referral staff for this service. |

PACE and PACENET |
| This is a prescription drug subsidy for Pennsylvania residents aged 65 and over who meet income eligibility. |

Medic-Alert Card |
| We provide information and forms for those with special health problems or that live alone. This is a method of identifying any known health issues in the event of a medical emergency, and prevents delay of immediate medical attention. |
