Assisted Senior Program (ASP)
The Assisted Senior Program is a service that has been provided by the Kennett Area Senior Center since 1990. Staff and volunteers experienced in working with geriatric clientele complete the circle of care so that participants may be socially active, nourished and supervised in a safe environment.

This program is unique to Chester County. We believe that by participating, the mature individual can remain in their home environment for a longer time. This fulfills the guiding gerontology principle of having people in the least restrictive setting possible.

The Assisted Senior Program provides a variety of support services that improve the quality of life for frail and/or dependent adults, respite for their caregivers, and benefit to the community.
