Daily Lunch

KASC meals are provided by the Chester County Department of Aging Services Congregate Meal Program.  The monthly menu is published in the newsletter and posted at the Center.  Membership is not required in order for individuals 60 and over to participate in this program.  All residents 60 and older are invited to attend and enjoy a noontime meal.  There is no cost to you for the meal, but you must contact KASC to reserve your meal two days in advance of meal service.  A voluntary, confidential contribution of $2.00 is applied to the meal’s cost and returned to CCDAS. ($2.00 for people age 60 and older and $4.50 for people under age 60.)  Please place your donation in the envelope at your place setting.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 
Seniors may order both a HOT lunch (must be consumed at the Senior Center) and a COLD lunch to take home with them.  If seniors choose to do this, we strongly urge them to utilize a cooler for transporting their food.  Otherwise, the food may spoil before they are able to consume it.  When ordering both HOT & COLD lunches, they should be certain to check both boxes on the lunch signup sheet for the day they want two lunches.
