Services

The Kennett Area Senior Center provides our community with a broad array of services and information designed to enhance the quality of life. Check out our Resources page for services and information assistance available to all Chester County seniors.

Health and Wellness

Among our many in-house services are our Health and Wellness programs that provide health screening, nutrition counseling, opportunities for fun and stimulating socialization as well as access to lunches.

Click below for our monthly menu of nutritious lunches provided by the Chester County Department of Aging Services.

Lunch Menu

Make an afternoon of it and join your friends or make new friends over a delicious, hot meal. And while no one is turned away, a $2 donation to help cover the cost is requested.  This donation is sent to the Chester County Department of Aging Services and helps to keep this program strong.  The cost of lunch for those under age 60 is $5.70.

Fresh Produce and Baked Goods Pantry

Through the generosity of our local grocers, Giant Food (Kennett Square Baltimore Pike and Scarlet Road locations), we are delighted to be able to offer our community delicious bread and baked goods Monday through Thursday.  Bread is generally delivered by 10 am.

On Wednesdays, the Chester County Food Bank provides fresh produce and non-perishable food.  The delivery time for produce varies, but the bounty is generally available at 11:45 a.m. and that is the earliest time that we distribute.
